Ingredients
1 tray lean turkey meat
¾ cup shredded carrots
½ cup chopped basil
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2-3 Tbs olive oil for cooking in pan

Instructions
First, wash, peel, and shred 3-4 medium carrots to equal ¾ cup. Then, wash, and chop fresh basil leaves to equal ½ cup. Next, put ground turkey, shredded carrots, basil, egg, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl, and mix with a wooden spoon or clean hands. Form into balls about 1.5-2 inches in diameter. Next, put olive oil into pan and put heat on low to medium heat.
Add meatballs to pan, and cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping half way, so sides are cooked evenly. Each side should be lightly brownish in color. You will have to rotate the meatballs a couple of times in order for them to thoroughly cook through. Meatballs should have no pink on the inside, and still contain a little juiciness.
