2 Tbsp. olive oil 3 lbs. of sliced steak, (London broil, sirloin, etc.) 3 large bell peppers, sliced into rings 2 onions, sliced 1 teaspoon. chopped garlic 1 cup of Pace Piquante’ sauce 1 cup of V8 vegetable juice 3 cups of beef broth 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 steak sauce 2 pks. McCormick dry brown gravy mix SeasonAll or Slap your Moma seasoning, to taste 4 cups cooked rice

Slice steak into thin slices or buy stir fry cut up steak . Season with SeasonAll or Slap Your Moma seasoning. Put oiive oil into a large skillet and place seasoned steak strips. Cook on medium heat, stirring often to slightly cook meat. Add the Pace piquante’ sauce, sliced onions and chopped garlic and stir well. Cook about 10 minutes. Then add the V8 juice and stir and cook 10 minutes. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire and Heinz 57 sauces, stir well. Cook about 10 minutes. Add the sliced bell peppers on top, cover and cook on medium low for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check flavor by tasting and if needed add more SeasonAll. Mix the dry brown gravy mix with water and add to pepper steak, stir well to blend and thicken. Cook about 10-15 more minutes and then serve over hot rice.
