Pulled Pork: Pinch of following spices: Red pepper spice Garlic salt Onion salt Paprika ¼ cup ketchup ⅛ cup mustard 1/6 cup cider vinegar ¼ cup brown sugar 1.5 pounds pork (not chops) best choice is shoulder (butt) Turnovers: 1 package or 2.5 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 cup warm water 3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 tbs olive oil 1 tbs honey

Place pork ingredients in slow cooker on high 4-5 hours. Pull apart with a fork til shredded. Turnovers: Combine yeast and water in a small bowl and let sit 5 min In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Combine the rest of the ingredients, then knead. Let rise for one hour till doubled in a warm place. (I usually put mine above the fridge). Punch down and divide into 16 portions. Roll into 4 inch round and fill with 3-4 tbs of pulled pork on one side. Fold over and seal dough with fork. Cover and let rise 20 min. Beat egg and water and brush over dough, prick with fork. Bake in 400 degree oven 15-20 min.
