Most adults will like these piping hot but beware of the hot cheese. Also, add whatever toppings you choose or leave with just the cheese.
4 large Pita Bread Rounds
1 cup pizza sauce
8 slices of provolone cheese
¼ pound sliced pepperoni

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. On a non-stick cookies sheet, divide the sauce evenly between the pita loaves spreading it evenly across the rounds. Top with two slices of cheese and top with pepperoni. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey. Cool pizzas enough so they may be handled and eaten without burning.
