This is an easy recipe when the family is in a hurry to go to work and/or school. This is a quick, easy and healthy recipe that tastes like an Orange Julius. This recipe has been tested on my children when they were growing up.
For one serving:
½ cup of milk
½ cup of orange juice
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of cardamom

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend. The drink will be frothy, like an Orange Julius. You can add a slice or orange or a sprig of mint to dress up the Spiced Orange Julius.
