Mini Maple Muffins

3 cups of white flour 1¼ cup of pure honey 1½ cups of natural maple syrup 2 large eggs ½ cups of soft margarine 1 teaspoon. baking powder ¼ teaspoon. baking soda

Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a mini muffin mold. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
