These baked pancakes are a nice change from the typical breakfast pancake. The soft texture and tender pieces of apple make this a perfect Stage 3 start to the day for your little munchkin!
1 1/2 c milk
1 c. flour
3 T. sugar
2 t. real vanilla extract
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 stick butter
3 apples peeled and thinly sliced
3 T. light brown sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine first 7 ingredients in mixer.
Melt butter in a 9x13" baking dish in the oven.
Add apples to melted butter.
Return dish to oven until butter sizzles--don't let it brown.
Pour the batter over the apples and butter.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Bake 20 minutes until puffed and brown.
Serve with syrup.
