This dish is healthy and is a breeze to make on busy week nights.
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 package of 100% Healthy harvest whole wheat wide noodles (or 4 1/2 cups)
2 cups frozen broccoli
3 table spoons soy sauce
1 table spoon hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-4 table spoons all-purpose flour for dusting

1. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut chicken into small strips. Heat up one table spoon peanut oil over medium high heat. Dredge chicken pieces with flour and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cayenne, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add broccoli and cook for 7-10 minutes until heated through. Add cooked noodles and stir to coat thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
