Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil macaroni in a pot till al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt 4 tablespoon of earth balance in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in 8 tablespoon of nutritional yeast and 2 tablespoon of four and blend.
Slowly whisk in 2c of your choice of a PLAIN "milk" (I prefer plain soy milk because its the creamiest.)
Add 1 tablespoon each of mustard powder, pepper and dried crushed chillies add salt to taste.
Continue to whisk until it begins to boil and thicken. When it has reached a desired thickness, mix in macaroni.
Put the pasta mixture on a baking dish and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes.
