Turkey Stuffing Casserole

Turkey, Gravy, and stuffing all in one delicious dish

Ingredients

2-3 cups turkey 4 cups turkey gravy (homemade or store bought) 1-1 1/2 cups of sour cream 3-4 cups stuffing (leftover stuffing from Thanksgiving dinner or recipe below) Stuffing: 4 cups bread cubes (preferebly from day-old white and/or whole wheat bread) 1/2 cup butter 1 cup chopped celery 1 onion, chopped 2 - 3 tsp. Bell's Seasoning or 2 tsp. Rubbed Sage, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 c. hot water (approximately)

Instructions

Mix together, in large bowl, gravy, turkey, sour cream. Put in bottom of greased 3 qt. casserole dish. Spoon stuffing by heaping tablespoon onto mixture in casserole. Bake 350 degree oven for 35- 45 minutes or until bubbly. If not using leftover stuffing, melt butter in saucepan over low-med heat. Add celery onion. Saute 10 -15 min. Add to bread cubes. Add seasoning. Slowly add water and mix to desired degree of moistness.
