Turkey, Chicken or Tuna Pot Pie

Easy one dish meal made with leftover cooked turkey, chicken or canned tuna.

1 lb cooked & chopped turkey, chicken or 3 cans water packed tuna drained 1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables 1 medium size onion 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 large or 2 regular size cans of cream of chicken soup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 frozen pie crust

Mix together the canned chicken soup, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add the turkey, chicken or drained tuna. Add the frozen mixed vegetables. Pour into a greased large casserole dish or baking pan. Roll out the room temperature frozen pie crust and lay over top of the casserole container. Pierce the pie crust several times for venting. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1½ hours until crust is cooked.
