Tender Grilled Pesto Chicken




2 cups water ¼ c. Kosher salt ¼ c. Sugar 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1teaspoon. Dried sweet basil 1teaspoon. Dried rosemary ½teaspoon. Garlic powder Vegetable or olive oil Jar prepared pesto

To prepare brine: combine water, salt and sugar in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts and let sit in brine for 20-30 min. Remove from brine. Pat dry. Mix together basil, rosemary and garlic powder. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Grill. During the last few minutes of grill time lightly brush with pesto. Grill a few minutes longer until pesto is warmed.
