Tender Creamed Chicken

Melt in your mouth, savory chicken in an incredibly flavorful cream sauce, perfect over rice and served with your favorite salad. Easy to make!




6 Large Chicken Breasts (Sliced against the grain in about ½ inch slices) ¼- ½ C. Butter (Melted) or ¼ c. olive oil 1 c. chicken broth 2-3 Cloves garlic (Crushed) ½ teaspoon salt…or replace the garlic and salt with a teaspoon garlic salt ½ C cream or sour cream, or yogurt 1 teaspoon oregano ½ teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon your favorite paprika

Put cut chicken into large heavy casserole dish, combine all other ingredients in bowl and then pour onto chicken and mix until coated. Bake at 425 for 25-30 min…until starts to get golden brown on top. Served over Plain Brown or white rice and with your favorite salad. Use “or” option to make a more healthful meal
