This is the most delicious spaghetti and meat balls you will ever taste. The sugar cuts down on the acidity. I made this up for myself because of acid reflux. Since I added the sugar and cream I am able to enjoy spaghetti again.
Any jar of spaghetti sauce you choose.
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground turkey
½ medium onion (diced)
½ Bell pepper (any color)
1 teaspoon salt & pepper (each)
2 tablespoon sugar
½ c heavy whipping cream

In a large bowl mix ground beef, ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and egg all together. Make your meat into any size you want.
In a large skillet over medium heat add the olive oil and brown the meatballs. Cook them thoroughly.
Follow the recipe on the spaghetti noodle package.
In a large pot add the sauce and the cooked meatballs and all the juices from the skillet.
Cover and let cook over med/low heat for about half hour. Then add the sugar and the cream and cook about 10 minutes more. Serve hot.
