Firm flesh white fish such as mahi-mahi, cod or grouper filets cut in 2in. by 1 in. strips (1 lb.)
Shredded Cabbage (2 cups)
Fresh cilantro rough chopped (¼ cup)
Chipotle chile in adobo sauce (1 Tb.), smoked paprika (½ teaspoon.)
Cumin powder (1 Tsp.), real mayo (⅓ c.),(6) 6 in. flour tortillas
Garlic salt (½ teaspoon)

Light grill or preheat skillet to medium high, mix fish in bowl with half of olive oil smoked paprika, cumin, and half of salt.
Mix shredded cabbage with cilantro, adobo, mayo and rest of salt. Grill or pan fry fish for a total of three- four min. turning once. Heat tortillas on grill or in hot dry pan to soften. Fill with fish, add cabbage mixture and serve with chips and guacamole.
