It is a nice Summer Salad that I serve as a complete meal with breadsticks
Ingredients
1 Pound Chicken Strips
1 or 2 Salmon fillets
1 bag of Spring Mix Salad greens
Lawry’s Marinade Brown Sugar
Lime Juice
Olive Oil
Garlic
Red Wine Vinegar
Fresh Fruit
Water

Instructions
Marinate chicken strips in Lawry’s Marinade for up to 2 hours
Sautee until done
Season Salmon with Salt and Pepper
Sprinkle with 3 tablespoon brown sugar, Sautee until done. Wash and spin dry spring mix.
Cut Salmon into chunks.
Alternate layers of spring mix, salmon and chicken strips
Top with chunks of Fruit, (any that you have on hand - grapes, avocado, peaches, mango, or pineapple).
Mix Sugar with ¼ cups of warm water, Add 1tablespoon lime juice, ¼ cup of vinegar, garlic (to taste) ¼ cup of Olive Oil, mix well, and pour over salad just before serving.
Serve with Breadsticks or crusty French bread.
