8 Medium Hot or Sweet YELLOW Peppers
2 Lb Ground Pork
½ C Regular Rice (Not Minute Rice)
2 T Salt
1 T Black Pepper
1 T Garlic Powder
2 T Red Paprika
1 Med Onion
5 T Oil
1 C Flour
12 Oz Tomato Sauce

Chop onion and saute in 2T oil.
Put in bowl and mix with ground pork, rice, salt, pepper,
garlic powder and paprika.
Clean peppers out and stuff with approximately
egg size ball of meat mixture.
Put in a BIG pot. Cover with water 2 inches
Let come to boil, turn to low heat and cook
for 1½ hours on simmer.
12 oz Can tomato sauce (Hunts) and add just a pinch of salt
Put 1 cup flour in skillet with 3 tablespoons oil. Brown
until pinkish color. LET MIXTURE COOL!!!
Stir in 1 cup cold water and stir until lump free.
Stir sauce and rue mixture into cooked stuffed peppers.
Let boil together just a couple of minutes.
If sauce is too thick add water.
Add a couple pinches of sugar and stir.
Serve in bowl in mashed potatoes.
