Marinated Center Cut Lampchops with a sweet and spicy glaze topped with aspargus sauted in garlic, olive oil & lemon
4 Center cup Lambchops
Italian dressing for marinade
Sweet N' Sour Sauce

Marinate Lambchops overnight. Rinse, pat dry. Discard marinade.
Season with Sea Salt and Pepper and broil or grill until almost done.
In small skillet, cook, scallions, ginger and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent. Under low heat, add honey, mustard, S&S sauce, Hot sauce, Thyme & Worcester sauce.
Cook until ingrediants blend. Pour over lambchops to coat both sides and place in 375°F oven for 10 mins. Bend Asparagus until ends break off, saute in olive oil, garlic & butter, 3 mins, top with lemon juice. Serve Lambchops with sauce, top with asparagus and a sliver of fresh parmesan cheese.
