Spaghetti Squash w/ Grilled Chicken in a spicy sauce




1 spaghetti squash 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless skinless 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 med onion, chopped 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 can diced tomatoes, any type ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

cut squash in half, scoop out seeds, place cut side down in baking dish, with about ½ inch of water, cook at 350 degrees, for about 20 mins or until done, shred squash with fork. While that is cooking, grill your chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, use either your grill, or grill pan. Set Aside when done. In your saute pan, place olive oil, saute, garlic, onion, deglaze pan with the can of diced tomatoes, allow to reduce down slightly. Add red pepper flakes to taste. pour sauce over the squash and chicken, enjoy
