Spicy Lemon/Garlic Tilapia & Red Beans with side of Garlic Red Pepper Broccoli Rapini

Tilapia - Ingredients Olive Oil Lemons Minced Garlic in Olive Oil Cayenne Pepper Salt Pepper 4-6 Tilapia filets Can of Red Beans Broccoli Rapini - Ingredients Broccoli Rape Olive Oil Organic Roasted Garlic Salt Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

To make the tilapia: Put 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan on the stove Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic or as much as you like to the oil Turn heat on medium high to brown the garlic Squeeze the juice of 1-2 lemons in the pan Salt & pepper 4 tilapia filets and add them to the garlic/oil in the pan Shake some cayenne pepper over the filets in the pan, squeeze some of the lemon juice onto the filets Flip the tilapia gently when they look like they are turning white (after about 3-4 minutes) Turn down the heat to low Add a can of red beans Simmer for a few minutes until ready to serve (4-5 minutes) To make the broccoli rapini: Boil water in a large pot Add a handful of salt Add a bunch of broccoli rape (stems cut off) Boil for apprx 3-5 minutes Empty broccoli rape into a colander Rinse quickly with cold water Squeeze out water from broccoli In a pan on the stove, heat 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons or more of roasted organic garlic & crushed red pepper (1 teaspoon or more if you like it spicy) Add the broccoli rabe Sautee for 3-4 minutes Salt to taste
