Some of my favorite memories were either cooking with mom or watching her cook. This simple recipe was a low budget but tasty favorite of mine growing up. Great comfort food.
1 can spam
1 small can yams
1 can diced pineapple
2-3 tablespoon. butter
brown sugar to taste

Melt butter in large pan. Add diced spam and brown. Add diced pineapple and diced yams and brown sugar and toss gently to everything is warm. Serve as a meal.
