A nice savory roast beef wrap made in a slow cooker.
• 1 pound sirloin steak cut into thin strips
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon steak spice
• 4 flour tortillas
• 1 pound white mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion sliced and ringed
• 1 medium green bell pepper thinly sliced
• ¼ cup bar-b-que sauce

Heat slow cooker on high, pour bar-b-que sauce into slow cooker.
Slice steak and place in slow cooker, add garlic and steak spice, cook on high for 1h 45min- 2h. stir regularly.
Add sliced mushrooms and onion rings, reduce heat to low and cook for one hour.
Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas, top with green pepper slices, serve with salad of choice.
