These mini burgers are a great hors d’oeuvre idea, too.

 

Yields

Makes 6 burgers (2 to 3 servings).

Ingredients

½   pound ground chuck
¼   small onion, fnely chopped or grated
      pinch kosher salt
      pinch freshly ground black pepper
6   slider buns

Instructions

Griddler® Compact position: Closed

Plate side: Grill

1. Insert plates on grill side. Preheat the Griddler®
Compact to High.
2. Put the meat, onion, salt, and pepper into a
medium bowl. Mix gently with hands, being sure
not to overmix. Divide the meat into 6 individual
rounds (about ¾ ounce each). Form into patties,
about 2 inches in diameter.
3. Once the grill has preheated, arrange the sliders
on the bottom grill plate. Close and grill for about
1 minute. Remove the sliders and place each
in a bun.
4. Serve immediately.
