Ingredients

  • ½pound ground chuck
  • ¼small onion, fnely chopped or grated
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 6slider buns

Preparation

  1. Griddler® Compact position: Closed
  2. Plate side: Grill
  3. 1. Insert plates on grill side. Preheat the Griddler®
    Compact to High.
    2. Put the meat, onion, salt, and pepper into a
    medium bowl. Mix gently with hands, being sure
    not to overmix. Divide the meat into 6 individual
    rounds (about ¾ ounce each). Form into patties,
    about 2 inches in diameter.
    3. Once the grill has preheated, arrange the sliders
    on the bottom grill plate. Close and grill for about
    1 minute. Remove the sliders and place each
    in a bun.
    4. Serve immediately.
