I found this recipe one day online and thought it looked interesting. I tweaked it a little until it was perfect. My husband asks me to make this all time.
¼ cup butter
4 or 5 cloves garlic minced, depending on size
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup breadcrumbs, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook the garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and toss to coat with the butter and garlic. Remove from heat (shrimp will not be cooked). Sprinkle ¼ cup breadcrumbs over the shrimp and transfer to a medium casserole dish.
Sprinkle some white wine and lemon juice (add as much as you like). Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve with buttered rice.
