1 lb Shrimp (Medium or Large size)

1 cup grated coconut

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon mustard seeds

2 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

Put the grated coconut, poppy seeds, mustard seed and oil in the mixer and grind them. Pour the mixture on the shrimp and mix it with salt.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees and put the bowl with the shrimp in the oven for 20 minutes.

Cover the bowl with an aluminium foil.

The dish is ready and enjoy with rice.
