Shredded Chicken

This crockpot recipe is healthy, easy to make, and delicious!

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 can black beans, drained 1 can corn, drained 1 jar salsa (15 oz), whatever heat you prefer 1 small can green chilis 8 oz fat free cream cheese

Instructions

Put all ingredients except cream cheese in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Chicken should shred naturally when stirred; if not, shred it and throw back in. 30 minutes before it's done, add fat free cream cheese and stir in when melted. Yum!
