A light and delicious Scallop dish with angel hair pasta and topped with cheese!
13 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
1 pound fresh sea scallops
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese

Cook the pasta according to manufacturer's directions.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, chili powder and scallops, stirring well. Continue to cook for about two to three minutes. Turn the scallops over and add the wine. Continue to cook until scallops are cooked through. Add the parsley and salt and pepper.
Fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
