Instructions
Cut up cabbage into small pieces and boil until tender. While cabbage is cooking, prepare dough. Put flour, ¾ cup very warm water, egg and oil in bowl. Mix all together and knead a few times. Put back in bowl and place in warm place until filling is ready.
After cabbage is tender, drain and add 1¾ sticks of margarine, ground beef, salt and pepper. Fry until beef is cooked and set aside.
Break dough into two parts. Using floured cloth, roll and stretch dough into a rectangle, topping it with a little melted margarine. Spread half of the filling mixture on stretched dough. Fold sides, and then roll from bottom to top. Lift to cookie sheet and pour a little more melted margarine on top. Roll and prepare other half of dough and repeat process.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until browned. Serves 6-8.
