First put 2-3 chicken and apple sausages in a pot of boiling water. Remove when they begin to float. Cut the 2 green peppers into several peices (Remove any seeds). Then cut the 2 tomatoes into several peices. Mix the pepper and tomatoes in pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking often.

Now back to the sausages. Slice the sausages into sveral peices then add half of the sausages to a bowl. Now add The rice to the same bowl. Now add the vegetables and the rest of the sausages to the bowl. Add a dash of soul seasoning. Stir and enjoy.
