30 minutes before serving the salmon, preheat your Bar-B-Q to medium heat. Cook on a double foil sheet or on a preheated grilling plaque. Lower heat to low and caculate 10 minutes per inch thick. Serve with a fresh home made lemon mayo and steamed asparagas. Close the cover to cook.

Whole Fresh Salmon Filet
2-2.5lbs (boned and scaled)


1 cup rings of one
Orange sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic crushed
1 clove fresh ground pepper

Mix all marinate ingredients together in a dish to fit the salmon. Put in the salmon meat down then turn it skin down. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours.
