1 14.475 oz. can of salmon
1 sm. onion
2 stalks of celery

Pour off most of juice from canned salmon. Beat the eggs & add.
Chop finely 1 small onion & celery.
Add to mixture above. Then add ¼ cup of lemon juice. Next, crush a sleeve of soda crackers. Add to above. At this point more or less of crackers making sure your salmon patties stay together before frying. When frying these patties, use a little oil as well as adding ¼ stick of butter(not margarine). Fry approx. 20 min.
