If you like food with a kick, this is a really good recipe. Healthy food that tastes good? This is one of my husband's favorite recipes, and he can be picky!
1 16 oz package turkey kielbasa
½ C chopped green onion
3 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 15 oz can black bean soup
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
*½ teaspoon hot sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
*⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
4 cups cooked brown rice
**Sliced green onion
*You may omit these ingredients if you don't want the heat

Preheat the nonstick skillet pan on medium high with the olive oil. Saute the sausage, onions, and garlic about 9 minutes or until browned. Stir in the black bean soup, the black beans, hot sauce, salt, ground red pepper, and cooked rice. Simmer until heated through. Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
