Instructions
Dice 4 slices bacon and brown in med. sauce pan. Pour off fat. Stir in 2 cups water, 1½ cups cubed potatoes, 1 pkg. chicken gravy mix and 2 tblsp minced onion. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in 15 oz. can creamed corn and 1 cup milk. Heat to boiling. Season to taste with pepper. Sometimes I add boneless skinless chicken breast cubed with the bacon. Yummy and quick.
