This moist, tender meat falls a part by using a pressure cooker. The meat picks up the flavors of onion, garlic and bbq sauce, that you really do not need to add any more sauce to the meat.
4 lb pork butt
1 lg sweet onion sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tsp olive oil
1 cup of favorite BBQ sauce
1 to 2 cups water

Season pork but with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.In large pan, brown meat in olive oil, add slice onion and garlic cloves to pan, cook until browned slightly.
Place pork butt, onions and garlic into pressure cooker. Add BBQ sauce and add water until just below max level in cooker. Seal and cook on medium temp for 45 minutes. Remove meat and shred with forks.
