Pork/Veggie Stir-Fry

Place rice on plate and add Pork Stir fry on top




1.5 cup beef broth 1 Tbl Black Bean Sauce 1 Tbl Soy Sauce 1 cup Water 1 Tbls corn starch olive oil Chinese Five Spice Worcestershire Garlic Snow Peas Carrots Peppers (Yellow or Orange) 1 Cup Brown Rice 2 Center Pork Chops 1 Tbl Oyster Sauce

Chop up vegetables and set aside Chop Garlic In Sauce Pan add 1 Cup Broth and 1.5 Cups water Add 1 Cup Brown Rice (or White Rice if you prefer) While this is simmering: Slice pork in bite size pieces In a Large Saute Pan Add a drizzle of olive oil Brown Garlic Add sliced pork and turn until golden brown (do not set the temp too high, the pork will cook too fast and become tough) While rice is cooking ladle a ¼ cup of water from pan and add to pork In a side bowl add ½ cup of beef broth, bean sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire, Chinese five spice In a small cup add corn starch and warm water to dissolve Add this to the liquid mixture and set aside When pork is nice and brown remove from pan Add Vegetables to pan and mix until colors become vibrant. Add pork back to mixture and stir in liquid bowl. Stir for a few minutes add pepper and turn off heat
