Tender, succulent tenderloin for family or guests; frees the cook to enjoy the guests
2½ lb. pork tenderloin
⅓ c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1½ t. Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Bring pork tenderloin to room temperature.
Line an iron skillet with foil.
Slather mayonnaise on outside of tenderloin.
Sprinkle with seasoning and Worcestershire.
Put tenderloin in prepared skillet. Place it in the preheated oven.
Bake 25 min. Turn off the oven. Do not open the oven door. Let the tenderloin remain in the oven for 1 hr. Remove and serve while still hot.
