Mix meat (or mushrooms), balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. When meat or mushrooms are ready, remove from the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Saute sliced pepper and onion in a skillet with the olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper on medium heat until lightly browned and slightly translucent (this should take about 10 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside. Saute meat (or mushrooms) in the same skillet for 4 to 5 minutes, just until cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels and let cool. Spread the pepper and onion mixture and the meat out onto a pre-made pizza crust and top with provolone cheese. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crust is done and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly, slice and serve.
