Chicken Ground 1 Pound Onion small chopped Bacon (3) Jalapeno diced Dijon Mustard Red Bell Pepper ½ Salt Pepper Garlic Minched 3 Cloves 1 teaspoon on Red Pepper Flakes Mushrooms ½ teaspoons of garlic powder Mini Burger Buns

Instructions

Cut Bacon into small pieces, and cook until crisp. Drain an set aside. Cook Mushrooms browned with ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Cook until all water is out of mushrooms. Set aside to cool Roast jalapeno until blacken, and place in bowl cover with plastic to make it easy to remove the skin. Dice the small onion,bacon,red bell pepper,garlic cloves, and jalapeno place everything in your food processor with ground chicken, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Mix well Use a 2 ounce scoop to form pattie Grill pattie. Extra pattie can be frozen.
