Microwave Meatloaf

I use a good quality ground chuck, and this recipe has never failed me. It is so quick and easy. A perfect size for a couple with leftovers for a sandwich!




1 lb ground meat 2 tablespoons dried onion soup mix ⅓ cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons ketchup ⅛ teaspoon dry mustard

Mix the meat, onion soup mix, and evaporated milk well. Place in glass loaf pan. In separate small bowl blend together brown sugar, ketchup, and dry mustard. Spread on top of meat mixture. Bake in microwave on high for 8 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 10 minutes before serving.Follow baking directions exactly.
