Also a great part dip with corn chips. Keeps in fridge for over a week.

Ingredients

2 cans refried beans-fat free optional 1 packet burrito seasoning 16 oz Monterrey jack cheese or Colby jack. Personal preference 1 6 oz can enchilada sauce 2 lbs ground beef or venison

Instructions

Brown meat in electric frying pan, mix seasoning, refried beans and enchilada sauce. Slice cheese thin and stir into mixture until cheese is melted. Serve on soft shell or hard shell with toppings of choice. I.E. lettuce/tomato etc.
