1 lb. Bulk Sausage 1 c Onion 1 c Green Pepper 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 can Tomatoes 1¾ c Buttermilk or 1 c Milk and 1 teaspoon Vinegar 2 c Shell Macaroni
