Lobster Casserole

Easy dish to prepare ahead.I serve it it with butternut squash and a big salad.


4-c.crushed ritz crackers 1-lb. melted butter 1-lb.lobster meat,cut up* 2-cans undiluted cream of shrimp soup 1/3-c.sherry

Crush Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over crumbs. Place 1/2 crumbs in buttered casserole. Add cut up lobster meat and 2 cans undiluted cream of shrimp soup. Pour other half of buttered crumbs on top,then drizzzle 1/3 cup sherry over the top. Bake @ 350* until brown *May substitute crabmeat
