Jiffy Taco Bake

Quick and easy entree with a mexican flare.




1 lb. Ground beef ½ cup chopped onion 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix 1-15oz. can Tomato Sauce 1- 15oz. can whole Kernel Corn, drained 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix

•Heat oven to 350’, and brown beef and onion, then drain. Spoon into baking dish. I use the Corning ware Lg. square baking dish (9 ¾ in. x 9 ¾ in. x 2 in. deep) •Stir in dry Taco Mix, Tomato Sauce, and corn; Sprinkle with cheese. •Prepare Corn Bread Mix according to package, then spread over cheese and bake 35 minutes or until melted and light golden brown. Serve with a Salad and tortilla chips and •Enjoy!
