Jalepeno Shredded Beef Sandwiches

This crockpot recipe is easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients

2-3 lb round roast, trimmed of fat 15 oz beef broth 4 jalepenos, quartered salt and pepper 1 8 oz package mushrooms 1 green pepper 1 onion 8-16 slices provolone cheese 8 hoagie rolls

Instructions

Rub salt and pepper on roast. Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Should shred naturally, if not, then shred beef. Put shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese. Put in oven if you want to melt cheese and toast hoagie.
