Italian Beef Sandwiches


1 2-3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
1½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon. pepper
¼ teaspoon. cayenne pepper
⅓ cup water
8 pepperoncinis with juice
1 red or green cubanel pepper julienned
1 garlic clove minced
½ pkg onion soup mix
1½ Tab worcestershire

Cut roast in half. Place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning,pepper and cayenne pepper. Add water. Cover and cook on high 3½ hours.Remove roast and shred.Return to slow cooker. Mix pepperoncinis, pepper, garlic, soup mix, and worcestershire. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 1 hour longer. Spoon beef mixture in to sandwich rolls and enjoy.
