Hot Chicken Salad

Can substitute chopped ham in place of the chicken.

about 18 sandwiches

Ingredients

25-26 oz. canned chicken
½ Cup Mayonnaise, or more if needed for consistency
½ Cup Velveeta Cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
1-2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
½ Cup celery, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Drain chicken. (use broth for soup or to steam rice)
2. Shred chicken into a crock pot.
3. Add all other ingredients.
4.Cook on high for 2 hours; or on low for 3-4 hours (varies by crock pot).
