Hearty and Healthy Turkey Meatballs that are nutrient-dense and full of flavor! Eaten as a main course, or even as a mid-afternoon snack. EASY to make and yummy for the whole family!

Ingredients

1lb ground turkey 1 cup finely chopped spinach 3 garlic cloves diced ¼ cup parmesan cheese 1 egg 2tbs flax seed 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp sea salt Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with large spoon. Then, form into meatballs about 1-1.5 inches thick. Drizzle olive oil in frying pan and set heat for low to medium. Cook meatballs for 7-12 minutes, rolling them over to cook each side every few minutes. These are a great meal in itself, or try as a protein-filled snack! Enjoy!
