1 whole cut up chicken or 8 chicken pieces
4 Large cloves of garlic-pressed
2 6 inch sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves removed & chopped
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs honey
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper salt
Rinse and pat dry chicken. Place in ziploc or container to marinade in. Combine all ingredients except for salt and pour over chicken. Marinade for at least 1 hour & up to 4. Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade & season with salt and more pepper to taste. Grill with lid on, at medium-hot (for gas grills) skin side up for approximately 15 minutes. Turn & grill skin side down for 6-10 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest, lightly tented with foil for 10 minutes to redistribute juices. Serve & enjoy!
