4- boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1- bottle Italian dressing to marinade chicken 1- box of penne noodles ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese 5- tablespoon butter 2- garlic cloves, minced ¼ teaspoon white pepper ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups heavy cream

Directions: 1)marinate chicken breasts overnight in Italian dressing 2)next day grill/bake chicken 3)while chicken is cooking in a pot melt butter over med/low heat 4)add garlic, cream, pepper and bring to a simmer, stirring often 4)add Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 min or until sauce has thickened and is smooth 5)when sauce has thickened add ¾ cup mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth, make sure to stir frequently 6)in another pan boil noodles 7)when chicken is done, cut into pieces and add to sauce 8)after noodles are done, drain and add to sauce and chicken mixture 9)stir until mixed then it is ready to serve
